This measurement was performed at room temperature. The magnetization was normalized only to the volume of the CFO layer. Furthermore, the data was also corrected for the diamagnetism component from the substrate and sample holder. The PZT/CFO/PZT sample exhibited typical ferromagnetic characteristics. The typical M-H hysteresis loop of ferromagnetism shown in Fig. 2 kOe, respectively. A saturation magnetization value comparable to the reported for a sol-gel-derived CoFe204 thin film5' was observed for the film.
